Our t-shirts are generally produced after an order is placed. This means that the product may not be manufactured or held in stock before the order is submitted.

All prices are displayed in EUROS, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Depending on the customer’s location, the final amount may include:

Import fees.
Payment provider fees, where applicable.

Any additional charges that are known to us will be shown during checkout where possible. Customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Placing an order

Add the product to your shopping cart.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

7. Made-to-order production

Rawhem uses a print-on-demand fulfilment model.

After an order is submitted, product details may be sent to Printify and its fulfilment partners for production and delivery. The product may then be printed and shipped specifically for you.

Because products are made to order:

Production begins after the order is placed.
We may not be able to modify or cancel an order once production has started.
Returns and exchanges may not be available for incorrect size, colour, change of mind or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.
Products may be manufactured by different fulfilment providers depending on availability and destination.

Printify and its fulfilment providers are service providers used to produce and deliver Rawhem products. Your purchase contract is with Rawhem, not directly with Printify.

8. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may include:

Paypal
Visa/Mastercard
Stripe
MBway

Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers. Rawhem does not normally store complete payment card numbers or security codes.

If a payment is declined, reversed or otherwise fails, we may cancel or place the order on hold until valid payment is received.

9. Delivery

We ship orders to the destinations shown as available during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on:

Production time.
Shipping destination.
Shipping method.
Carrier delays.
Customs processing.
Weather or other events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Production and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional costs may apply to resend the order.

10. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, printed incorrectly or different from the product ordered, contact us at:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, where possible, and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs.

Do not return the product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Where a problem is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, reprint, refund, price reduction or another remedy required by applicable law.

Your legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Returns and cancellations

Our products are made to order. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges because of:

Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Incorrect colour selected by the customer.
Change of mind.
Personal preference.
Failure to review the size chart.
An order placed by mistake.

This does not remove or limit any mandatory rights that apply to consumers under the law of their country.

If you wish to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfilment has started.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that order information may be shared with payment processors, Printify, production partners, shipping providers and other service providers where necessary to process and deliver your order.
